What's Happening on the Downtown Mall 2010

For the music buff, there is Friday after 5s now in its 23rd year, is an integral part of what makes up Charottesville. Beginning the 3rd Friday in April through September, thousands of people flock to the Charlottesville Pavilion to enjoy the series of concerts. The music usually runs from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. For the Julia Child at heart be sure to visit theCity Market, which has been running since 1973. Located in the parking lot on Water Street, the market opens April 3, 2010 and will run every Saturday until Thanksgiving allowing you time to return again and again.
